D. Gartner Contracting
Ltd began serving the Fraser Valley Area of British Columbia with General
Contracting Services in November of 1986. Homes and projects have been
constructed in Chilliwack, Hope, Yale, Agassiz and future expansion to
Abbotsford.
D. Gartner Contracting
Ltd' s field of expertise has primarily been Custom Homes. We have
built in excess of 150 homes over the past 20 years, as well as many commercial and management projects.
The company is owned and operated by Darwin and Jackie Gartner.
They work side by side to provide you with not only a new "house", but
aide you in decisions that will make your house a "Home".
We are dedicated to building a lasting and rewarding client relationship placing
our customer's interest above all else.
From the beginning Darwin has been a "hands on" General Contractor.
You won't find Darwin on the job in a suit and tie, he comes to the work site prepared to give a hand in all areas of
construction if the need arises. He never asks of his employees that which
he is not willing to do himself.
Darwin will sit down with you and
help you in the choice of everything. From land purchase, to light
fixtures he is there to see you right
through each detail of your home. His experience with Architects and
Engineers makes him an asset to each customer. At present Darwin is a director on the
Upper Fraser Valley Canadian Home Builders Association, therefore able to provide
you with any updated information in the Construction market from a national and local level.
As Office Manager, Jackie has taken an active roll in the
business through the years. Her experience in the process of setting up
the contract, general office and bookkeeping duties put her at a "phone
calls" reach away. Both she and Darwin will help you
understand both your contract and warranty provided.
